Recently, human being has acquired incredible progression in technology and science; consequently he has taken the power of heaven and earth into his hands, nevertheless; this advancement does not lead him to prosperity. Since physical power is not accompanied by morality and mental power not only it does not cause succession but also it leads toward destruction.
Besides this mechanical life, universal and immortal Islam that shows the best style of life, guarantees happiness during life and after death. Rules of Islam are constructed on the basis of believing in God and through this bring about some values. Kindheartedness, is one of the most valuable and essential qualities in Islam.
This issue is so important that God says: religion is the compassion itself. Pure and delicate sentiments which flow from the depth of human soul and are visible through mercy and compassion are of the greatest characteristics of human being. These sentiments make us suffer the troubles of our fellow-creatures and qualify us for sacrifice.
Man is not only a simple body; he has beauty, wisdom and beneficence within his soul and these values help him sacrifice and do charitable deeds.
Compassion and self-sacrifice are of the main elements of all societies. Those who have these elements and use them in their social interactions will attain perfection. The one who loves life must serve life at first and play his role best to build a strong and healthy society. When people have a perfect vision of society they would care more about their fellow creatures’ affairs. Optimistic thoughts and kindheartedness are the signs of the perfection of humanity and are good helps to have a good and happy life. There’s no doubt that self-sacrifice, forgiving and charitable deeds grow out of a big effort. Scholars say that beneficence, in the first stages need a big deal of effort, but when we progress our capability would grow stronger and stronger.
To solve people’s problems not only is everybody’s duty but also it has a great pleasure. Man should spread his kindness so that every body can take advantages out of it. Benevolence and magnanimity are never-ending and like other qualities of human soul flow more and more when you consume it more.
People say mind is limited but soul is infinite. Generosity and kindness that are the sign of humanity prove it. Righteous and beneficent person is the one who spends his wealth in the way of God to help his relatives, orphans, and those who need help and to release the prisoners

The foundation trend of the institute
By the grace of God almighty and by following the instructions of Islam and its leaders, Mohammad Rasool Allah charity institution was established by some of his lovers in 10/4/1378(solar year) or 17th, Rabi-ol-Aval 1420(lunar year), in the birth day of great prophet of Islam, Mohammad. According to the vast area that the institute was operating in, members decided to continue their activities officially. So in 28/12/1379(solar year), the founder committee approved the constitution of the charity institute including 3 chapters, 37articles, and 19 notes.

Plans and aims
Mohammad Rasool Allah charity institute is of public utility with below mentioned programs and aims:
1- to take the orphans under protection
2- to help necessitous ones educate
3- to provide necessities for necessitous people
4- to provide poor people’s medical expenses
5- to provide money loaned without interest
6- to provide dowry for young couples
7- to build places of public utility by the cooperation of benevolent people (like schools, mosques, clinics, cultural centers and dormitories)

General meetings of the board of trustees
This board consists of 23 persons who are the main deciders of the institution, are managed by a board of directors made of a head, a clerk and two observers. Activities of the board of trustees are honorary.
Responsibilities of the general meetings of the Board of trustees
1- to elect members of the board of directors
2- to investigate the reports of the managing council and inspectors
3- to determine the general policies of the institute
4- to consider and approve the suggestions of the board of directors
5- to decide on the successors of the Board of trustees
6- to approve the balance-sheet of the budget
7- to choose the newspaper with a wide circulation for advertisements and invitations
The extraordinary general meetings of the board of trustees are held when:
1- The board of directors or the inspectors request.
2- one- third of the members ask
Responsibilities of the extraordinary general meetings
1- to approve the changes in substances of the constitution
2- to consider and approve the disorganization of the institute
3- to depose the members of the managing council

Board of directors
Mohammad Rasool Allah charity institute has a board of directors made of 7 main members and 2 substitutes. The council is elected by the board of trustees for two years. In the meetings of the managing council, the majority of members must be present and decisions must be made bye the vote of the majority of the members. If a member of the managing council resign or die or get deposed, one of the substitutes would take his place for the remaining period of time. Members of the board of directors hold a meeting in a week after election to vote for the head, the vice-president and the treasurer of the council from among themselves. Power of the head, vice-president and treasurer is determined in the regulations. Managing council also can choose someone as managing director from among the council’s members or out of the council and can decide on the power of the managing director. The elected managing director is the representative of the institute and has the right to sign the documents

Inspectors
The general meeting of the institution chooses two persons as main inspectors and one substitute for one year. Also, choosing new inspectors has no limitation. Inspectors can take part in the meetings without right to vote

Responsibilities of the inspectors
1- to consider all documents including financial documents and report them to the general council
2- to read the annual report of the board of directors including financial and nonfinancial reports and to report the yearly operation of the managing council to the general council
3- to report the offendings of the board of directors against the constitution
· Board of directors must hand over all the documents without any protestation, whenever the inspectors need them for investigation

Budget of the institute
The budget of the institute comes from the helps of open minded and benevolent people, charitable contributions, last wills and testaments and entrance fees. Incomes and expenses of the institute are recorded in officially permitted books. The general meeting and the board of directors receive yearly financial report at the end of every solar year. Besides, all the profits are kept with the official banks and withdrawal is possible only with the signatures of two members of board of directors- head of board of trustees, managing director and treasurer- accompanied by the official stamp of the institute
